SUNDAY, OCTOBER 31st | 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM | Shala Yoga Squamish ** Must register to attend ** Dia de Muertos is an ancient pre-Hispanic Mexican tradition of celebration of life & death. In the indigenous vision, death is a natural phase of life’s cycle, and celebrating on this day those who’ve passed on is a way to be close to them & keep them alive. An ofrenda is an altar created on October 31st to guide the spirits back to their families & spend time together in this realm. What to bring: Open mind & open heart A photo of the person you want to celebrate Journal & pen Bowls for cacao will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer **COVID Protocols:** • Please do not come if you feel sick, or have been in contact with anyone who might be unwell.
