Finding inner sanctuary

As we approach the end of the year, we look back & observe all that we’ve been through; every piece of the journey that’s brought us to where we are NOW.

We recognize where we are, embrace the darkness & celebrate the light.

As the days get shorter & darker, we prepare to retreat into spiritual hibernation.

These are times to rest & integrate, to care for ourselves with warmth, love & compassion.

This retreat is an opportunity to prepare ourselves for whatever’s coming.

Strengthen our inner sanctuary & tend to the emotional, energetic & mental layers of ourselves.

Become aware of the bright light that shines within.

This light is our anchor, a beacon that guides us through the Winter.

Let’s move, breathe, stand together & hold space for each other.

Let’s make room for presence, acceptance, non-attachment & growth.

Together we dance between darkness & light; we grief, we heal, we release, we rise, WE ARE FREE.
