When we witness ourselves and others with the eyes of the heart,

we can see where we are, learn to sit with the darkness & with discernment,

choose how to move towards the light.

Together let's strengthen our inner sanctuary to make room for love, acceptance & growth.

THE practice

Inspired by nature's rhythms, all practices are designed to bring light to what's alive in you right now & find space to observe, rest & re-set.

For three days, we'll move, breathe, & BE PRESENT to experience ourselves fully.

Together we'll co-create a unique space to witness each other's beauty & be held with fierce compassion to nourish our heart's temple.

You will experience different practices that Lorena has practiced & crafted over the years to nourish the heart fire.

Hatha, prana flow, meditation, abhyanga, mantra, sound bath, breath-work, dance journey, mindful hike, ritual & ceremony, cacao medicine, sacred circle.

This is an alcohol & substance free retreat.
